The Common Room sponsors a number of contests during the school year.
The Common Room Speaking Up Contest offers prizes to U-Hall residents who leave comments on the site. Prizes are awarded at the end of the year and include iPods and other fun gear. Every non-anonymous comment left on the site constitutes an entry in this contest. Every post submitted to the Common Room and accepted for publication on the site counts for ten entries!
